Andrew Lynch hosted me on his podcast to talk about this book by Andy Grove
Andrew Lynch was kind enough to invite me on his podcast, The Rereadables, to discuss the book High Output Management by Andy Grove.

Grove was the powerhouse behind Intel in the 80’s and 90’s. Here he writes about management from an engineer’s perspective. Readers of this newsletter will not be surprised that I love the use of the word “output” in the title with regards to management. He is also the person who formalized (or at least popularized) the concept of 1:1 meetings with direct reports. Andrew & I talk about all that and Andy Grove’s Breakfast Factory analogy.
Andrew shares his insight as a CFO on Twitter @andrewglynch and his podcast features books he finds value in rereading. The other episodes are here
